Biman Bangladesh resumes flights to Frankfurt

LONDON – After eight years of absence at Frankfurt Airport, the state airline of Bangladesh returns with scheduled flights to Germany. Biman will fly twice a week with Boeing 777-300ER over Rome.

The airline has undergone a large transformation process in recent times. Just a few years ago the fleet consisted of very old aircraft. Today Biman uses modern flight equipment from Boeing. Only one DC-10 has remained, which is also the last of its type in the world. But after 24 of February the old lady goes to the museum.
