Vueling has consolidated its position as the leading airline between France and Spain in 2013, with +25% passengers. It will also open this summer, 8 new routes in France.
Last year Vueling carried a total of 2,348,429 passengers between the two countries. With 25% market share in 2013, it also maintains its position as the third company in the airport Paris-Orly .
In 2013, Vueling has connected France and Spain with 29 direct routes, from 13 airports: Paris -Charles de Gaulle, Paris -Orly , Brest , Bordeaux, Strasbourg , Lourdes , Lille , Lyon, Marseille , Nice, Nantes , Rennes and Toulouse to Alicante , Barcelona , Bilbao , Gran Canaria , Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Madrid , Malaga, Saint- Jacques de Compostela , Seville, Valencia and Oviedo.
Vueling operates over 260 routes in Europe, Africa, the Middle East. Nearly 50% of its traffic is international. The Spanish company has 17 bases, and carried over 75 million passengers last year. Vueling operates from the summer of 2014 a fleet of 90 Airbus(A319 and A320 models).
