Yemenia Airways charged for manslaughter

France has charged Yemenia Airways for manslaughter in the 2009 crash of the Comoros, which killed 152 people.
Yemenia Airways was using an Airbus A310, which French authorities have said should not have been allowed to fly.
All except one of the 142 passengers, dozens of which were French nationals and 11 crew members were killed in June 20, 2009 disaster in the Indian Ocean when the plane tried to land on the Comoros capital of Moroni.
