Air France airline is reinforcing its summer schedule to Canada, adding frequencies to Montreal on 12 May and deploying bigger planes to Toronto.
From 12 May 2014, the French national airline will add three flights a week to its two daily round trips between Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau( Monday, Friday and Sunday), before moving to the rhythm of three daily rotations from June 1 to September 29.
With 21 flights per week from 1 June, Montreal is the second largest long-haul destination in the worldwide network of Air France in terms of seats offered. New York JFK is number one. The company also points out that passengers from Ottawa will have two daily flights between the capital and the Trudeau Airport, allowing them to make an easy switch to one of the 3 flights to Paris.
